Dongguan Hongteng Automation Intelligence Technology Co., Ltd. was established in 2018, located in Humen Town, Dongguan City, with 110 employees, including a research and development design engineer team of 35 people. It is an intelligent equipment integrated service provider for pyrotechnic products integrating scientific research, design, production, sales and service. The company focuses on the research and development and production of new electronic detonator fully automatic production lines, unmanned plastic explosive loading production lines, unmanned assembly production lines for pyrotechnic products, electronic detonator chip components, and electronic detonator peripheral equipment. It has applied for more than 100 patents, providing users with high-end, stable, and reliable automation solutions.

Hongteng adheres to the corporate mission of “contributing to zero casualties in the pyrotechnic products industry,” taking research and development innovation as the driving force, continuously exploring the development strategy of new methods and technologies, and is committed to building a highly technologically innovative brand in the pyrotechnic products industry. At present, Hongteng has obtained many certifications such as National High-tech Enterprise, Guangdong Province Specialized, Refined, Unique and Innovative Enterprise, Guangdong Province Science and Technology Small and Medium-sized Enterprise, Dongguan City Listed Reserve Enterprise, Dongguan City Gazelle Enterprise, Dongguan City Multiple Enterprise, Dongguan City Intelligent Civil Explosives Automation Equipment Engineering Technology Research Center, and has passed GJB9001C Weapons and Equipment Quality Management System Certification and ISO9001 Quality Management System Certification. At the same time, the HTED series of flexible automated production lines for electronic detonators independently developed by Hongteng have passed the appraisal of scientific and technological achievements of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology ¹ many times in June 2023 and January 2025, with the appraisal result: Internationally Leading! It won the first prize of Henan Province National Defense Science and Technology Progress Award. The company’s independently developed electronic detonator patch bonding wires have been recognized by major civil explosives enterprises for their high stability and high reliability, and have shipped more than 800 million units since 2019; the special seismic-resistant capacitors and waterproof wire clamps for electronic detonators have shipped more than 500 million sets since 2021.
